Two Rivers

La Junta Trail ... we are headed all the way down to the point where the Red River meets the Rio Grande and become one.  

1. The confluence (la punta)
2. Rain and hail...we take cover (amazingly, there is a camping shelter).
3. What goes down must go back up...yes, all the way to the peak (rain threatens the entire time).  Exhilarating. Exhausting.
4. Whimsical...the day started w/ breakfast at the Farmhouse.
