Friday ……

After the excitement of the last two days, it was back to reality today - putting up the open home signs, Pilates for me, having a G&T with Mum. 

The opportunities for a blip were very limited, so I took a photo of a set of windows that look as though they need some TLC; the garden next door, which also needs some TLC; and sea and sky as I waited for the bus after Pilates. It hasn’t rained yet, but I think rain is on the way judging by the forecast.

There are 6,297 new community cases today, and the seven-day rolling average is 6,075 compared to 6,850 last Friday. The number of people in hospital is 361, including 9 in ICU. Another 10 deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,303 and the seven-day rolling average to 13.
