A Sunny Day in Kirkwall

The panther escaped first thing which delayed activities somewhat.  It saw the milkman dash home for a change of underwear.    The pace was hot in Kirkwall today. Back at HQ CMC watered the tatties then we immediately had heavy rain for half an hour. 
 
There is no current update on Davie, he now has covid, potentially the last thing he needs.
 
As has previously been noted: if Ivor Cutler was alive, and the Minister of Transport, traffic congestion would maybe be the same but at least everyone would have a harmonium.
