Stand like a flamingo

Is what the physios tell me to do as I use the Sara Stand to transfer from bed to toilet &’toilet to chair. So I got this a flamingo stitched in Kenya & supporting local women to make some money for the family. Today I got out of bed, stood like flamingo & had a sit in them. I had a surprise visitor which was lovely Thank you all for the support & encouragement
