Coffee morning

This is the hall of the Wark Mechanics’ Institute, otherwise known as the Town Hall (we’re only a small village, but there you are!) and it is the weekly Friday coffee morning. Great chat. £2 for limitless coffee, and homemade cakes and tray bakes. We are very proud of our brand new lighting system, all LED and infinitely variable colours of the ceiling lights. We had a grant. It will save a lot of electricity as the old lights were high wattage bulbs.
