The first glass of of elderflower cordial drink. I made this a double exposure so you could see the tiny little white Elder flowers. I have made this cordial several times before and think I prefer the very first time when I made it with lemon juice rather than vitamin C which makes it quite harsh in some way. I think I'll go back to lemon for another year, a nice refreshing drink made with sparkling water for the hot weather.
