The Shard

The first day of my training course, Behavioural Science in Practice, which was being held in the Shard.

A long old day, it was very heavy on theory for the majority of the day and I think we all found it quite hard.  But after some feedback we gave, hopefully some more group work over the next two days.

Curry half and half back at the hotel.  After last night I'm not expecting much sleep again, London traffic never seems to stop.

Had a study night where I had to get an assignment in.  Fingers crossed for good grades.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Getting my assignment in  
2.  A good day of training
3.  Nice curry half and half
