North Edinburgh Parks

Our monthly '2nd Saturday Strollers' walk today ...

... the group met up at Haymarket Station and quickly joined the Water of Leith Walkway before heading North to visit some of Edinburgh's numerous parks.

Main snap shows one of the river-weirs we passed on the way to our destination(s); with the 4 additional extras showing each of the main greenspaces we managed to visit:

- Starbank Park
- Victoria Park
- Pilrig Park
- Leith Links

All very different, and all very attractive in their own way.

Coffee and ice-cream was duly consumed at Leith Community Croft, all prior to returning [slowly via bus!] to the South West of the City ;-)
