Neglected Old Fishing Boat

I passed this parked and forgotten old fishing boat in the boat yard near my house today. The tarp that used to offer it some protection is now nothing but dirty tatters.  The hull is grungy and the ropes frayed. Will it ever get out to sea again some day? This image of the old neglected fish boat is my submission for this week’s derelict Sunday.
