Coughton Court

After lunch we decided to take a quick trip to one of our close-by National Trust properties,  Coughton Court near Alcester.  It was fairly busy when we arrived, the day being quite pleasant if somewhat breezy, but we managed to get a table and had a coffee.

We then went on a walk across the fields to the woods then back to the riverside walk  through the woods and by the ponds ending up in the formal gardens.  They were a riot of flowers and colours.
