Chicken
Chicken and wild rice pilaf.
The restaurant called this dijon chicken. It is really a chicken cordon bleu, except they put the ham and cheese on top instead of stuffing it inside the chicken breasts. In any case, it was good. Now we recuperate from a morning of sailing before the weekend's third and final concert.
