Let Your Light Shine

2 Peter 1:19 And so we have the prophetic word confirmed which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;

I am continually reminded that the God of Creation wants us to seek Him as to this light. This light of Jesus is shining in a darker and darker world as we move day by day and I believe we are well advised to reflect some of that creation light into this world of darkness. We must.
I see the problem that most of us see, that truth and righteousness are becoming more and more disqualified in this darker and darker world.
The idea that envelopes my mind is that the Father God and His son Jesus loves everyone on this planet and wants them to be in His ultimate Kingdom. It is the actions, thoughts and intents of the heart that is turned toward anything but His righteousness that He is set against and will not take part in His ultimate Kingdom.
