Snow Day

The heavy rain this morning turned to snow and it snowed for hours. So peaceful. We were snug inside.
This afternoon, we went for a walk by the lake - these kayakers were there, plus 2 brave swimmers! One had a wet suit, the other just her bathing suit. It must have been freezing! That is snow on the lake edge.
The snow is now turning a bit slushy - not sure what we will get overnight.
