Orla Having Fun at the Playground

Me being around at the weekends make it an opportunity for Anne to catch up on some sleep on Saturday morning whilst I take Conor. It was nice today just sitting on the sofa with Orla and Conor watching children's TV.

It's a bit of a military operation to get out of the house now, but we are getting better drilled. It's easy to forget stuff though. I think we need a checklist!

A drive out for lunch gives me and Anne an opportunity to chat whilst Conor sleeps and Orla watches something on the iPad. It's a nice drive from Kilsyth up the Tak Me Doon Road through Fintry and Kippen to the Woodhouse Cafe.

After lunch we drove over to Stirling and let Orla loose on the playground by the Wallace Monument whilst Anne got some more sleep in the car. Orla absolutely loves playgrounds and playground time is such a valuable commodity that when there's something she's afraid to try (like tunnel slides), telling her she can win more time if she does it always seems to work.

In the evening we watch the first game of the NBA Playoffs live on NBA Game Time. The Knicks vs the Celtics at Madison Square Garden. The same teams in the same location that we saw in New York in 2008.
