Shelley’s Ghost Sign

A long walk from the old White Bay Power Station to East Balmain ferry wharf, with some backtracking. I thought there’d be a way up from the cruise terminal but it was all cliffs and high fences. But there were foreshore reserves, the Water Police HQ, narrow streets and lots of steps. Plus a potential blip recruit after a random encounter.
