I was up early and at 5amish it was fine and sunny.  Then the weather changed to windy, cloudy and cold.  No, it is another day of looking after the knee-paracetamol and physio exercises (as this problem has occurred before and I now have a sheet of exercises should I require them.)  Good friends with a couple of physios after they worked with my wife.  There was a blackbird, but I missed it, followed by this starling.  It had just taken its fill of mealworms left in the pot and was about to fly. Nice sparkles on its feathers which you don't see as they whizz pass you in flight. Shame about the dark head colour as in this light the eye isn't clearly seen.  We'll see what tomorrow brings and maybe a Lake District photo is needed.
