Turned out alright
Lamb ( chop ) tagine, with chickpeas, figs and a little chorizo ( plus all the usual background stuff - stock, onions, mushrooms, secret blend of herbs and spices ).
Thoroughly enjoyed it.
This was before it went in the oven, and I had to reduce the sauce down a bit more first.
Too much of a scaredy cat to put the tagine on the hob, so did the reducing in a pan.
