This wee bothy…

is rarely visited, except by clients shooting. It is well off the beaten track. The inside is comfortably furnished with deer skins and decorated with antlers. It was refurbished by the estate, as hunting is big business. I just like walking up here and only ever meet the farmer, occasionally a keeper.
This area is well used by Curlew, Lapwings and Skylarks as a nesting area and there were plenty in evidence today.
