Bee in the foxglove

I was stalking the bee in the Foxgloves but it went so high up in the flower that I couldn’t snap it properly. Still not much sunshine here but I had to repot my houseplants because they were full of those horrid little black flies. Apparently you need to water the plants from underneath and leave the top layer of soil dry to stop them laying eggs.
