Decadent early evening

I had a small site survey first thing. It was experdited by use of some of the newer tech kit I use now. I returned to the desk and caught up with other processing and admin.
Mid afternoon I cycled down to Inverlochy to see my brother who is over from Frankfurt for a few days. He was still working for some of the day and I timed my ride to when he was clear. Ahead of schedule I had time to stop at the Cafe at the BA Club *. By this point I ahd a text from my brother asking if I could collect my Mother's prescription in Caol. It was a bit of a detour in to a strong headwind. When I got there the queue was out the door and along the street. To cap it all, leaving a decent gap in the queue a woman just stepped in to the space in front of me. Sod it, I couldn't be bothered to say anything, I was getting cold and K did say he could also collect it in the morning. I gave up and continued to Inverlochy. By this time the rain was pretty heavy and I arrived damp. It was good to get a chat with K. I returned via the canal as opposed to my approach  by Nevis Range. At least the wind was in my favour but it was pouring and so heavy it looked like the canal was boiling. I did the ride on my first bike as I had made some adjustments after the front derailleur had stopped working correctly. Apart from the soaking it ran very sweetly.
