Not every day....

Here's Sue, being picked up by her son, on the way to his daughter's graduation from Portland State University, summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in environmental studies! Each graduate was allowed four guests. I'm not sure how they distributed the tickets, since there were mom, dad, brother, brother's fiancée, and two grandmothers to accommodate, but I'm very happy Sue was able to go.

We are so proud of Jess. She's planning to pursue graduate studies in the field.
