The Strawberry Shop

Still windy but it’s been a sunny day (perfect for the washing!)

A lazy morning then Mum said she was ok for a wee run in the car. The Strawberry Shop (run by a fruit farm) is 5 mins drive from her house. Their soft fruits are fabulous so got blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. They also have a shop selling fruit and veg , jams and lots of home baked stuff. We had a lemon drizzle, a raspberry and marzipan traybake sponge and an empire biscuit. Mum isn’t giving me the evil eye she is mid chew :). The place was going like a fair.

We then had a trip to the garden centre at Jamesfield, about 15 min drive away over the Friarton Bridge. Picked up a couple of shrubs for the garden and will get them planted in down at our sitting area at bottom of garden.

Mum enjoyed her run and the countryside was looking lovely.
