Weird flower pine cone

Today has mostly been about dying from a hangover, after drinking my body weight in wine last night celebrating my sister's birthday!
But I got off my big lazy arsehole and took Holly (my dog boarder) for a walk in the park, and came across this beautiful pine cone thingy!
