Power Mast Afternoon

I went wandering out along the road to Mt York yesterday. I was interested to see that the Blue Mountains City Council are spending a bit of money to do up the Blaxland Wentworth & Lawson commemorative site in time for the bicentenary celebrations and re-enactment next month. In particular the original 1913 "centenary" monument is looking especially spiffy, along with the "obelisk".

In any event nothing looked especially photogenic yet and so I strolled down to a nearby power mast, which I thought looked interesting in the dying sunlight. I also took a few alternative images while I was there. What do you think?
