The King & Queen Of Window Boxes

..well actually it's a window box at The King & Queen pub in East Malling where we stopped for a pint (I've just realised how many of my blips mention going for, relaxing with, enjoying or imbibing a pint!) on the way home after picking my brother up from the station, and as you can probably tell yet another emergency blip.
I did manage to have an active day though - fitting in some exercise, gardening (hedge and lawn maintenance - or in the case of the overgrown 'lawn' badly strimming it!), doing the prep for tonight's dinner (mushroom ragu), listening to an episode of Desert Island discs (with the castaway being the Paralympian Ellie Simmonds), reading and watching an episode of Later....with Jools Holland with a fantastically diverse line-up of Wet Leg, Cat Burns (what a fabulous voice!), Joe Bonamassa and the Nigerian musician Obongjayar. What a talented bunch of performers creating such fantastic music!
