The Latest Flowering

I am so enjoying seeing plants I purchased last year coming up this year - particularly the peonies.  This one is particularly astounding!

Not too much done today apart from seeing Dad this afternoon.  He was a little more chatty today but was coming out with some strange things.  The strangest was that he though he would be in hospital until the Harvest was finished...  Now where did that come from?

The person from his care home who was supposed to see him today has gone off sick so that assessment didn't happen...
