Went of r a long walk walk and saw this knots on the way , decided to photograph them on the way back , so managed 5K steps :-) 
Choir practice tonight , it is not easy singing harmonies for 4 voices !! learning lots :-) still thinking i am singinf gin a monotone most of the time  !!
