A Case of the Mondays
Good weekend led to a full Monday. Had to work in the morning to finish training for the new job, then headed off to teach my afternoon classes. On way, made a complete goof and got on the wrong train, then missed the correct train back to my stop because it was on a different platform, then had to grab a taxi when I finally did make it to the right station, all to be exactly on time to teach my class (but, because I made the mistake, had to pay for the taxi, which saved me maybe five minutes, and was my bosses suggestion. Bugger that). Add to that the fact that the kids were a pain today, and I was not a happy camper. Time to get strict.
At least I finally remembered to bring my camera along, so I could perch atop this overpass and take some pictures I've been planning for a few weeks. Just wish I had a wide-angle or fisheye lens. I've been taking photos every day again recently, which I hope will continue now that I'm settled in to the new life.
