Lizard in Greenhouse

I like most think this is a snake when in fact it's a legless lizard, or slowworm or blindworm, the word Germans use "Blindschleiche". It had made a lovely nest in some sheep's wool we use to put around plants to protect them from slugs.

In other news (extra photo) finally started to get rid of buttercup seed heads.
