Pork Chop

Pork chop, saffron rice, and caramelized skillet corn. Wine: Mas Karolina Côtes du Roussillon Villages 2019.

I have been curious to try a Roussillon. While not bad, this one is not convincing me that it is worth venturing out of the Rhône for French GSMs.
