Not for me but for Angie, off to Munich for a specialist visit right in the centre of Munich at the Viktualienmarkt just off main Rathaus Glockenspiel square.

She used UK owned Go-Ahead train, which like 99% of non InterCity German services but including all buses, trams & undergrounds, can be used without limit in June, July & August with a ticket costing just €9 per month. Available to anyone, including tourists. Season ticket holders are getting a refund for the 3 months.

She sent several videos, but only this one still of a place frequented by Nigel & I in 1989/1990 when we were working in Munich for the UK Grand Met plc, owners of Berni Inns. This restaurant on Viktualienmarkt is no doubt a cousin of the UK's Berni family
