Beinns and Lochans
This is the summit ridge along the cliffs of Beinn Làir, looking to Beinn Airigh Charr. (Blip 14/11/21).
The drop is quite awesome and at 5k long, I am told it is the longest mountain cliff in the UK.
This photograph shows the distance and terrain you have to cover to access these hills. From the distant sea at Poolewe, over the amazing lochan landscape. Seconds after taking this I got hit by a severe hail storm.
