This was after 5pm, and I’m sitting in the sun at 7pm - it’s just about bearable. I’m glad I went for my run first thing!

Noo came home from school and announced that he wasn’t going to football training……he was too tired. After an hour and a half of water fights with the neighbours, he went to football!!

ZQ has been out celebrating the end of school!

I’m cooking dinner, but avoiding too much time in the kitchen with the oven on!
