South Quatquoy, Finstown

The morning was grey and misty (as pictured) but it turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Touring round visiting some familiar houses and many new to me. It's always fun to discover a road you've never been down before, and even better if you come across some interesting farm names.

Most visits in the country today, with a quick half dozen reads to do in Stromness before a dash home in time for Pilates.

Tried to do some gardening this evening but was beaten back by the midges.  Such a nuisance! The upside is that I was driven to tackle some paperwork which is also on the 'must complete this week' list.
