The Zimmer Frames Were Rockin'

I gave myself a treat and went to the Lowry to see The Hollies on their 60th Anniversary Tour. They still have 2 of the original members, who have toured every year since 1962, until Covid hit.

Back in Salford where they started, they had a very warm welcome from their home crowd. I did feel quite young as most of the audience were older than me, hair (when present) was almost certainly grey or white.

A great evening, finishing with He Ain't Heavy, The Air That I Breathe and for an encore Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress.
