Bit of a back blip. I was on a photography tour of Edinburgh courtesy of James Christie , the pictures has sat on my drive since then. I recently bought Photoshop Elements 11 book for digital photographers from Amazon, and decided to give one of the lessons a quick go. This image was taken of the Scottish Parliament, and I spotted the little St Andrews flag on one of the windows, so decided to highlight it.
