Fresh Greens

I decided to walk up Happy Valley as I thought there would be a decent display of Lesser Celandine as I'd seen loads in the lane on my way up from the river yesterday. There was not much there at all and the couple of pics I did take didn't come out as well as I'd hoped.

The trees were looking lovely with fresh leaves shining out and the first Bluebells will be out in the next day or two by the look of it. I just missed out on some deer that dashed off in the distance, spooked by the dog walker ahead of me. It's an enjoyable walk and once you get to the top it's mostly downhill to get home.
