A broomrape again

This looks like another broomrape pushing up through the tarmac against a wall. However there are no plants nearby for it to be parasitising, I assume it must be tapped into something near by but on the other side of the wall, as on the street side where I took this picture there was just tarmac pavement and a recently repointed stone wall.
