The silvery Tay

We have now moved from the edge of Dundee to the edge of Perth, Scone campsite to be precise. Although it isn’t packed full, it is quite busy and every second motor home seems to have at least one dog. This is keeping Bertie very amused as he has never seen so many dogs in one place! Every one has been very friendly so far, as are the humans.
The campsite is right beside Perth racecourse but there aren’t any races happening at the moment. We had a very pleasant walk down to the River Tay where I snapped this blip. The flowers along the bank were beautiful.
We are now waiting for a phone call from the garage in Dundee to let us know that they now have the part needed to complete the work on our van. Let’s hope it arrives sooner rather than later, although we could delay our journey home by one day, if needed.
