What's that plug for...?

What a glorious day, the sun shines on the righteous!

Not so much on those who think that if a plug is plugged in then it probably should be switched on too.... How the Canal Gods laughed at us!

Yesterday tidying a cupboard we noticed a bank of three sockets, all plugged in, with the centre one switched off... See above!

Today when we stopped the engine there was no power at all! TheMr put the engine back on so we could fill the kettle, and wondered if the socket was the issue and turned it off, on our return to the marina before hooking back onto the mains everything was as normal!

I shall make a label for it!
