Still waiting for the huge flower stalks but they continue to grow and look fantastic, I'd almost be happy if nothing else happened, they are giving the garden a great subtropical look.

It's been a very intense sunlight day, double sun cream and I still feel a little burnt.

Good day maintaining the new planting at the converted barn and removing weeds which are appearing in the imported soil.

Then a quick visit to see the lovely lady, cut grass and eat dinner together before getting home to start getting ready for our holiday which starts on Friday.
