The mensch

I had a visit with Dr. Tekeste today and managed to get this quick shot of him in his office.  He is encouraging me to look seriously at home peritoneal dialysis, which can be done during sleep and which offers the most freedom in terms of activities and food choices.  So I've been watching videos of the process and it might be doable.  He has another patient who lives alone who does this type of home dialysis successfully  So I need to learn more about what would be required to do it and what the training and equipment would be.  If I can do this, it will allow me much more of a normal life in the future.
