Irish Apple Pie

A co-worker produced this apple pie today, bought at Avoca in Belfast yesterday. It was absolutely delish, even eaten cold from a napkin. Very messy desk afterwards. Do you see what I mean about people bringing treats into my workplace? I'm starting to wonder if the 2 mile walk there and back will be enough to stave off the mega pounds...
