Sailing

I took this from the car park at Ocean Terminal, where I park overlooks the berth for the cruise ships. Quite a few people have said to me and my friend that we should try a cruise for our next holiday. Neither of us are particularly good sailors, both of us at one time having suffered very bad sea sickness, I know the larger cruise ships are so big that I'm assured that there is no sensation of being at sea. You can see that this one doesn't fall into that category.

But the main thing that puts me off is the kind of claustrophobic effect of being somewhere you couldn't get off/out of when you wanted.

I hear that cruises are more affordable and therefore more popular than ever but I don't think I'll be joining one any time soon!
