DDW's April Challenge Day 22 : Exercise

After a trip south a little while ago, and a new tattoo, then the 'flu and a cough that has taken ages to clear, I finally managed to get back in the pool this morning. I'm still learning but seems I am better than I was the last time I was in the pool.
Anyway, this summed up exercise to me, and I liked the goggles in the light :-)
