John in the garden

June is a lovely time in the garden and I am so lucky to have John to help with the weeding and deadheading that comes fast and furious this month.  Since I returned last week we've had day after day of beautiful, near perfect, weather.  A lot of the States is sweltering with triple digit temperatures but here in Maine I haven't even had to turn on the air conditioner.  Louisa May will not be happy today though.  Some big scary guys with strange equipment are coming to clean the duct work in the house.  Back under the bed she'll go!
