Carys and I went to London this afternoon for her review by her physio at the Institute of Sport. Moira is very happy with her and says she is in a good place going into audition year.

She went off happy to class, but by the time she got home she had developed a sore throat, bunged up nose and felt sick when pirouetting. Sigh. Not great timing with end of year assessment one on Thursday.
