Reasons to love winter - #1

Actually, I don't love winter, but I'm trying to.  I do love being warm, and a roaring hot fire sure does help there.  Of course, my Hoar Frost Hunt plan will entail much coldness so today - with the confidence of having my van back - I bought an electric blanket for it and an extra wee fan heater.  I also filled up the spare 9kg gas bottle.  I will continue to add to the ways-to-keep-warm-when-it's-minus-5-degrees-outside and, if all goes to plan, I'll actually feel warm and toasty tucked up n the van.  We'll see.
