Hoverfly

I had a short walk this morning - just a quick wander around the woods as it was quite warm! I only took one lens (trying to save weight in the bag) - and of course today the 24-105 was the wrong one, I could have done with my macro lens to capture this hoverfly on some cow parsley. This is a very severe crop of the full frame.

We came to Doncaster just before lunch to look after youngest granddaughter whilst our daughter is off to the theatre for the afternoon to see eldest in a school drama group show!  Have managed a few quiet moments by bribing the little one with some time on her tablet! I may not have much ‘blip time’ later!
