Tall Asparagus

The stalk growing from my desert spoon is now taller than my house. It is, by the way, from the asparagus family, genus desilerion, but I wouldn’t eat it. A different view is an extra which I was going to use as the blip. Nothing native is flowering. The yuccas are done, the cactus are done. I may get a rogue flower on my grizzly prickly pear. The only things really yet to bloom in a big way are the fishhook barrel cactus.
